I’ve got my 21 Day Fix Meal Plan and workout schedule and I’m ready to go! I had been bouncing back and forth between programs again and not really committing to any (again!) While I was following the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan, I was having too many cheats and extra- not following the 80/20 rule!
I find I like to have a PLAN and a GOAL to work towards. By not following a specific program I was lacking DISCIPLINE of sticking to a program and lacking that sense of accomplishment that comes with completing a program from beginning to end! My workouts have been so-so, and I just hadn’t been giving it my all. So I am BACK and COMMITTED to these 21 Days! It’s Day 3 for me and I am feeling so good! It’s all about having that right mindset. I have a plan! Here is my week 1 21 Day Fix meal plan and I am sticking to it!
I’m listening to my personal development each morning and I am committed to the plan and my challengers! A lot of people tend to fall off track this time of the year, put on the pounds, and say “I’ll start in the new yer”. BUT just think of all the progress you could make if you start NOW! You won’t have to give it all up! I will teach you that alL important 80/20 rule. We live by it and balance enjoying the holidays with sticking to it! November is all about giving thanks. I am thankful for my family, friends, health, and life! We really need to take the time for all that we are thankful for! I know without my health I wound’t be able to enjoy all the wonderful things I do! So I’ll be hosting a ’30 Days of Thanks’ Health and Fitness Accountability group!
