I am always looking for post workout snacks that also satisfy my sweet tooth! This recipe only requires 3 ingredients and makes a delicious mixture that tastes like vanilla ice cream! : ) Yummm.
For the 21 Day Fix this is 1 purple and 1/8 yellow!
This recipe is for 1 serving:
*1 small frozen banana
*1/4 cup, almond milk
*A few drops of pure vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix. That’s it and you have delicious ice cream!
*Don’t put this back in the freezer after making it. This is a make and serve dish!
