Wow! Where did October go?! It seems like just yesterday we were welcoming October and fall and November just crept on up!
With Halloween past, now it is time to look forward to Thanksgiving. You know what that means! Family, friends, and lots of FOOD! So I have brought you a 30 day ab challenge! The ab challenge consists of crunches, leg raises, and planks and increases the amount you do of each everyday. You may look at it and go holy !?#$ I can’t do an 155 second plank! However, if you stick with this EVERYDAY, you will find by the end that you canI am starting this tomorrow and will be doing it in addition to my daily workouts, so feel free to do the same! : ) Stay ‘trim’ for Thanksgiving this year : ) I am forming a free online support group and am looking for 3-5 people who would like to join me in this challenge, along with clean eating tips and tricks, so please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org, or friend me on facebook or instagram!
