It is finally warming up out there! The sun is shining, we are outside more, getting ready for vacations and just enjoying the warm weather!
I remember when I used to ‘diet’ before a vacation because my nutrition was pretty crappy the rest of the time. I’d eat what I thought was healthy for about two weeks before and thought I would see a drastic change. Guess What?? NOPE! I finally decided I needed to do this the right way! I didn’t want to feel uncomfortable in my own skin. I wanted to rock a bikini and shorts and feel good.

My transformation is below of just my face! Can you see the difference? On the left I was working out at the gym for at least an hour everyday. I did either the elliptical or jogging for 45 minutes then I would go do random resistance exercises for 15 minutes. I ate way too many carbs, added sugar, and not enough protein. I was probably also eating only around 1000 calories a day and 2-3 times a day.
On the right, I found at home 30 minute workouts. They combine the right types of exercises for the best results. I have learned about portion control and clean eating. I cut out the bad food and adopted an 80/20 lifestyle. I eat 1500+ calories a day and I eat 5-6 times a day.
My goal is to help you reach your health and fitness goals, no matter what they may be!! Tone up, gain control of your health, or shed those 5, 10, or maybe 20+ pounds! You can take control of your body and your summer. I am excited to announce my 30 Days Til Summer Shred Health and Fitness Challenge group kicking off preseason week March 22nd with workouts starting right after Labor Day, May 30th! I call the first week preseason week because this is the week where we go over meal planning, prepping, measurements, and we set goals. You are welcome to start the plan during prep week- then you have an extra week of the group!
NO quick fixes here, good old fashioned hard work! For 30 minutes of your day, we’ll workout and follow a clean eating meal plan. I will match you up with a program that suits your goals. That combined with a clean nutrition plan and Shakeology to ensure you stay on track and then I will add you to my accountability group.
