I am super stoked that my 80 Day Obsession Beta Test group has launched in full force! We have an awesome group of ladies together who are ready to stay committed, get results, eat clean, and earn those rock solid abs, toned arms, and a lifted booty!
This program is in three phases and we have just completed week 1 of phase 1. The workouts are challenging and use equipment varying from dumbbells, to resistance loops and sliders! Week 2 is going to intensity our workouts. Something new and different about the nutrition of this program is that it uses timed nutrition. The nutrition plan literally lays out what to eat before and after your workout (called your ‘workout block’) and then which containers to eat at what meal the rest of the day! Umm can it get any easier?
Week 1 Meal Plan, Plan A
Here is my 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan A for Week 1! I workout first thing in the morning Monday-Thursday. I really loved balsamic veggies, tempeh, and roasted sweet potatoes that I ate for lunch.
Here is my meal plan for Friday – Sunday. I worked out a little later in the day and therefore swapped my preworkout meal. I can say I am on the lowest meal plan, and I am not hungry at all!! This is a ton of food. I am also following the weight loss plan as my goal is to lose about 5 lbs. Once I reach my goal, I will bump up to maintenance (aka, even more food! )
Here are most of my meal I was eating in a day last week. Going clockwise, my shakeology with 1/2 banana and unsweetened almond milk, my preworkout energize, my post workout recover and an apple, my post workout meal of overnight oats with peanut butter and veggie egg muffins, roasted sweet potato, tempeh, and balsamic veggies, and carrots and avocado! Dinners varied each day!
The workouts each week, keep the same type but they are brand new each week (literally 80 different workouts!)
Monday: Total Body Core
Wednesday: Cardio Core
Saturday: Cardio Flow
Sunday: Roll and Release
They range from 30-60 minutes. These resistance bands may look innocent but they certainly are not! This program is working different muscles.
Week 2 Meal Plan, Plan A
Now our BetaTest Group is ready to kick off week 2! I am meal planned and prepped for this week and ready to roll. I changed up my meal plan a bit. My lunch looks amazing (prepped it for the week) of a roasted shrimp, quinoa, and balsamic veggie bowl!
