What is the 80 Day Obsession?
80 Day obsession is a fitness program for anyone who wants a firm, shaped butt and flat, cut abs. It includes 80 different workouts so yup, that means a new workout every single day. It’s 80 days of focus and nutrition, spread over 13 weeks.
- Those who want to get a firm rounded booty, and flat cut abs.
- People who want a challenging workout they can do from home (or if you prefer-take it to the gym!)
- Those who are ready to focus, get results and stay motivated
The workouts are 6 days a week and range from 35-60 minutes. There are 80 different workouts, so you never get bored and your body will not adapt to the workouts (aka you won’t hit a plateau from doing the same workouts over for an extended period). This program is focusing on toning your body so you will need dumbbells, resistance loops, sliders (or paper plates), and a mat if on a hard surface.
The workouts are intense but will give you killer results!
Autumn uses what is called ‘timed’ nutrition for this program. She lays it out for you, which foods to eat a what time of the day and before and after your workouts. It’s easy to follow and a TON of food. The great thing about working out hard is that you need to fuel your body for it, so that means more food and who doesn’t love more food?
You also get a refeed day starting on week 6 to up your carbs, help your body refuel, and rev your metabolism up to really see those results!
