Halloween is coming up and the candy is a flowing! So you can eat all the candy or find healthy alternatives! I drink shakeology as a way to get my daily nutrients plus several other superfoods, vitamins, and minerals. One of my favorite thing is that is tastes like dessert so it always satisfies my sweet tooth! This one is Almond Joy Shakeology!
It is my kind of fast food. 😜
💛I thought I would never get a another bag after that first one.
💛I thought I was healthy enough because hey! I eat salads and fruit everyday.
💛I thought I would never be a ‘shake’ person.
💛I thought it was too expensive.
And then I FELT and SAW what it did for my body!

✅It’s loaded with superfoods, amino acids, pre and pro biotics, and all my daily nutrients.
✅It controls my sweet cravings.
✅I SAVE money because I don’t grab something out.
✅It helps me stick to my meal plan -AKA RESULTS!

Now it’s part of my daily routine! Here is a yummy Almond Joy Shakeology Recipe!
-1 Scoop Choolate Shakeology
-1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
-1/2 cup Water
-7-8 Ice Cubes
-1/2 Frozen Banana (this makes it really thick and creamy like a milkshake, if you don’t want this, leave it out!)
-1/2 tsp almond extract
-1/2 tsp coconut extract
-1 Tbsp Sliced Almonds for Topping
Blend all ingredients except almonds. Pour and top with almonds. Enjoy! Be careful it doesn’t run down the side of your glass, and if it does, lick it up!
