Busy Girls Bootcamp
I don’t know about you but this SUMMER HAS BEEN BUSY! With all the vacations, parties, get togethers- it’s easy for your health and fitness to take a back seat!
Margartias, Mojitos, Ice Cream and Summer life is everywhere! We are running from one party to the next! So this group is going to focus on a healthy lifestyle for those who are BUSY and ALWAYS ON THE GO!
So I’m looking for those people who are busy and always on the go to join me for a Busy Girls Bootcamp (for boys too!), starting August 21st! This one is going to focus on you- busy people!
We will be ‘shaking off’ some of those pizzas and drinks to shape it up for an end of the summer bang!
Here’s what we are going to do! LEARN:
-Balance between those summer treats and your goals.
-How to travel and eat healthy.
-To work health and fitness into YOUR BUSY LIFE!
-Making a meal plan.
-Healthy summer swaps.
-30 minute total body workouts.
-At least 1 cheat meal per week.
My goal is to teach you how to make a lifestyle change, not a crash diet, or something you feel deprived by! Just because you are busy doesn’t mean fast food!
