What is an Challenge Group?
A challenge group is a place to get fitness and health tips, motivation, and support the help you reach your health and fitness goals! The accountability groups contain the 3 essentials to getting started or keeping up with a healthy lifestyle:

So you may be asking how does this online accountability group work?
The fitness and health challenge group was put together to help motivate people to get into a fitness program, to ensure they have proper nutrition, and to give them some extra motivation to keep going so that they actually accomplish the results they are looking to get!
The biggest problem most people have is actually STICKING with working out and eating clean so that they can accomplish their goals. 70% of people who start a new fitness plan actually fail and why? Because they did not have motivation, support, or accountability! How many times have you started working out and eating right and then in a few weeks quit and go back to eating junk?
This can and does lead to frustration and defeat and many people simply give up after this.
I’ve been through the cycle of starting quitting, starting quitting. I would eat right for a month and then go back to eating junk and wonder why I stopped seeing results. BUT, it is absolutely possible to start a program, start eating healthy and actually stick with it. You just nee the right tools and you need that extra support and motivation, which is exactly what the challenge group provides!
The challenge group is run through a closed online Facebook group which allows you to exercise from the comfort of your own home. As a coach, I will provide you with:

- Snack Ideas
- Sample Meal Plans
- We work on creating a customized meal plan for you!
Each day I post in the group. Some of the posts are informational and some are just for fun! These posts are to help keep you eating clean and staying on track with your nutrition.
Everyone is doing a similar exercise programs and following similar nutrition plans. You can ask any questions that pop up or post if you need a little kick in the butt to do your workout that day and you will be flooded with support!
The challenge groups really help keep you motivated and stay accountable.
The Fitness and Nutrition
