I don’t know about you but running around this spring from one thing to another can have you stopping at fast food places AND you know in the back of your mind summer is coming up! It’s a common misconception that eating healthy and exercising has to take a ton of time. It doesn’t!!
I have learned so much about my own personal health & fitness and how I can minimize time spent to maximize results so I want to teach others to do the same.
So I am opening up a Busy People Finding Balance Health and Fitness Accountability Group starting preseason May 22nd (workouts start the 30th)!
I’m putting my expertise to the test and running a spring group for busy people to teach you a few things:
-Healthy, On The Go Eating
-22- 30 minute total body workouts.
-What to Look for At Restaurants/Fast Food Place
-Balance between those summer treats and your goals.
-How to make a meal plan.
-Healthy Spring Treats.
-Proper portion size.
My goal is to teach you how to make a lifestyle change, not a crash diet, or something you feel deprived by! My goal is to give you tools that will last forever!
I will set you up with a fitness and nutrition plan that suits you goals because no one is the same! We will focus on getting it done and getting results in your busy life! You will be in a group full of like-minded busy people, all swapping ideas and keeping each other motivated to get it done!
So what is the group like and how do you get in??

So we will help hook you up with a fitness program that suits your goals- because there is no one size fits all and everyone is different! From beginner to advanced, yoga to HIIT- there is a program for you! All you need is 30 minutes a day!
