Peanut butter and chocolate! Enough said. You can’t go wrong! These are the most delicious and healthy bars I think I have ever made! They taste like a cheat treat but contain only 5 natural, healthy ingredients!
In the summer, we are always on the go and these are perfect for taking with us! They literally took 3 minutes to whip up and require no baking!! Just chill in the fridge 🙂
For the 21 Day Fix 1 bar is a replacement “treat” yellow.
Ingredients (makes 12 bars)
2 scoops of chocolate Shakeology
1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbsp +2 tsp of raw peanuts
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup all natural peanut butter (the only ingredient should be peanut butter and maybe a little salt!)
Pure vanilla Extract
1. Combine the oats, peanuts and Shakeology in a large bowl and mix.
2. Add in almond milk, natural peanut butter, and a splash of pure vanilla extract.
3. Press mixture into a baking pan and cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
4. Cut into 12 bars!
