Since it’s January 2nd and the holidays are officially over (wahhh) it is time to get back on track! No more Christmas parties and New Year’s toasts, or New Year’s day feasts. The holidays are great for seeing friends and family but can be hard on that waistline! I know I feel so bloated and out of whack! So it’s nice to get back on track. I have been drinking my Shakeology daily but my other meals ranged from sticking to my meal plan to totally blowing it! But at least I knew I was getting one nutrient dense meal since Shakeology is packed with superfoods and nutrients (and is equivalent to six salads!) I was still craving sweets this afternoon for lunch so I decided to try out a new healthy Shakeology recipe called CINNAMON ROLL Shakeology! It was absolutely delicious and tasted exactly like a cinnamon roll! I will certainly be making this one more often!
