While pumpkin is delicious, if you don’t pay attention to what is actually in what you are eating or drinking, those pumpkin spice lattes and pumpkin cookies can turn into an extra 10 lbs. So making your own cleaned up pumpkin recipes is a great idea! Today I am brining you clean pumpkin bread. With just 7 ingredients it’s clean but still very moist and delicious.
This bread is also flourless and can be made gluten free by using gluten free oats.
This clean pumpkin bread is the perfect snack, made with only oats, pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, maple syrup, and baking soda, you can be sure you are treating your body right!
1 Can Pure Pumpkin
2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Pure Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
- Preheat Oven to 350F. Grease a bread baking dish with extra virgin olive oil spray.
- In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into 7-8 slices.
