Who doesn’t LOVE cookie dough?! However, other than there being raw egg in it, it is loaded with sugar and fat : ( (as if we didn’t know this already haha) . I stumbled upon this cookie dough greek yogurt recipe and I have to say it is absolutely amazing! It really satisfies my sweet tooth and has a delicious taste to it! I feel like I am eating cookie dough, yet I know it is healthy! And the best part is, it works with the 21 day fix meal plan! Yummmm, I think I need some now.
For the 21 Day Fix this is 1 red, 1.5 tsp!
So here is the recipe:
*3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
*1 tsp natural peanut butter (I use Smuckers natural unsalted peanut butter because the ONLY ingredient is peanuts!)
*1 tsp pure vanilla extract
*1/2 tsp dark chocolate chips
Mix the yogurt, vanilla extract, and peanut butter together and then sprinkle with the chocolate chip!
It counts as 1 red, and 1 1/2 tsp
