So I’m starting week 1 of Country Heat! Eeek I’m so excited I’ve got my specific County Heat meal plan in place and am ready to get dancing! If you want to know what Country Heat is all about check it out here! So I’ve got my Country Heat on Beachbody On Demand so I am able to access the workouts and nutrition plan now, which is awesome! Here is a sample of what I eat in a day (a full meal plan is at the bottom of this post!)
I’ve got my meal plan in place and I am actually done with week 1!! I must say…I am loving Country Heat! The workouts are simple and I can tell the concentrate on the legs and abs. I usually like ‘more intense’ workouts and was skeptical about this one- but it keeps my heartrate up the entire time! I have found my calorie burn (from my fitbit) to be similar to an Insanity Max 30 workout which blew my mind!

Here is the workout calendar! I actually got the deluxe kit, so I have 3 extra workouts to work in during the last couple weeks to switch it up! I like how there is a Dance Conditioning workout and even though I wasn’t supposed to try it this week, I decided I would take a look and ended up doing the whole thing! It works in some ab work, arm work, and leg work and you really work up a sweat!
I actually get up in the morning and look forward to my workout! It’s fun and a total change up from what I am used to! I’m finishing up this week so it’s onto the next!! I’m excited to try out some new workouts!
The nutrition plan is the same as the 21 Day Fix but there are some fun new recipes in this booklet I can’t wait to try out! Here was my full week’s meal plan.
