I can’t believe I’m already onto week 4 of Country Heat!! I am ABSOLUTELY LOVING this program and how much it makes me sweat and gets my heart rate up but it’s so fun that it doesn’t feel like a workout!
I’ve got my Country Heat Meal Plan for the week and I’m excited to try out some new recipes that I tested today- zoodles and overnight blueberry almond oats with greek yogurt and chia seeds! The recipe for those are to come. I love the simplicity of the nutrition plan. The containers really make it so simple!
I like to repeat some of my meals and snacks and a lot of times just change one thing about the meal from day to day- it makes it really easy to meal prep and I can use all the ingredients and produce before they go bad! I made zucchini noodles for the first time and love them!! They were really easy to made and delicious! It’s a great way for those who don’t like veggies to get their veggies in as well.
My workouts this week were Trail Ride on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and Wild Goose Chase on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with the Dance Conditioning workout on Tuesday and Saturday as well! These ones were a were a bit harder in that the pace is sped up from the first couple workouts. I really liked these ones.
My Country Heat Test group is also LOVING the program!! Some of the ladies are getting their kiddos to do it too, which is awesome! This program is great for the whole family!

I’m excited to take on this last week and I have a new routine called Cardio Round Up (I decided to get the deluxe workouts after I started the program because I was really loving them!) It looks intense so I can’t wait to try it!
