Fall is upon us! Where did the time go? Summer flew by and the cooler weather, comfy sweaters, pumpkin spice lattes (and everything) are on it’s way! Maybe you had a little too much fun this summer or maybe you are just looking to stay accountable and find something that actually WORKS! Either way I invite you to join my Fall Into Fitness Accountability Group!
We will kick off September 19th with a week of planning and prep and go full force September 26th!

-I am going to walk you through how to meal plan and prep
-How to cut the cravings, proper portion size
-Give you healthy fall reipes (pumpkin, crock pot, tailgating and more!)
-Handle temptations, get into a healthy mindset
-Eating out at restaurants and traveling
-LIVE BY the 80/20 rule!
-And give you 30 minute workouts!
As the weather cools down that doesn’t mean you want to pack on the pounds- being healthy is a way of life not a crash diet.
