IT’S NOT ABOUT BEING PERFECT. IT’S ABOUT TRYING OUR BEST AND PICKING EACH OTHER UP WHEN WE FALL. THE RIGHT SUPPORT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
Here is my transformation. On the left, I was killing myself with cardio everyday and eating everything low or non-fat, all carbs and basically no protein. On the right, I found support. I found motivation. I found clean eating, shakeology, and the right types of exercises. This is about a 12 lb weight loss but what I really can’t believe is how much better I FEEL! I AM NOWHERE NEAR PERFECT. But I try my best and I have seen results!
