Beachbody Fitness Programs
Here is information and/or my reviews on some of Beachbody’s most popular fitness programs! Beachbody offers many fitness programs in addition to those below so please ask me of any questions you may have on them! I myself have also completed P90X, Insanity, and T25 (before I was a coach!)
Challenge groups are AWESOME for accountability, and a great way to help you stay motivated to keep on pushing through as everyone in the group is doing the program with you! Challenge groups are run through a private Facebook group with a small number of people. Everyone does a Beachbody workout program, drinks Shakeology once a day, and follows a nutrition plan. I help with meal planning, emotional eating, give fitness and nutrition tips, and make sure you stay on track with your health and fitness goals. The Challenge Group is for YOU, so you can be involved as much or as little as you wish!
