Those are some of the best parts, but I’ve got a game plan!!! Starting November 28th I am going to kick it into gear and focus on maintaining not gaining to survive the holidays!
I’ve learned to practice the 80/20 rule and balance my cheats so I don’t feel like a piece of crap and go overboard, make health conscious decisions, and always fit in those workouts even in the craziness!
