Here’s what we will do!!
-I am going to walk you through how to meal plan and prep
-How to cut the cravings, proper portion size
-Give you healthy fall reipes (pumpkin, crock pot, tailgating and more!)
-Handle temptations, get into a healthy mindset
-Eating out at restaurants and traveling
-LIVE BY the 80/20 rule!
-And give you 30 minute workouts!
As the weather cools down that doesn’t mean you want to pack on the pounds- being healthy is a way of life not a crash diet.
We kick off October 2nd! 🍂🎃 We will do 1 week of making sure we have our before stats, and go through meal planning and prep. Then onto 4 weeks of the group! There are only 3 SPOTS remaining! So don’t wait!
