I LOVE Ice Cream! Especially in the summer-it’s such a great treat! Ice Cream has always been my favorite snack of mine but I’m always looking for healthy alternatives! I cooked (haha jk just mixed up) this peanut butter chocolate frozen yogurt and it is delicious!!
For the 21 Day Fix this is 1 red, and 2 tsp!
3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 TBSP 100% Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 scoop Pure Stevia Leaf Extract
Mix together well and place in freezer for 15 minutes! Enjoy!
