Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats
One of my FAVORITE foods to eat is Oatmeal!! Ok and chocolate and peanut butter are two of the others. So peanut butter chocolate oatmeal is one of my favorites to eat! I eat oatmeal almost everyday and the best part about it is you don’t even have to spend those 5-10 minutes cooking it! Overnight Oats are one of my favorite discoveries and I make enough for the week, store it in a mason jar, and dish it out to eat it!
I used Old Fashioned Oats this time but you CAN use steel cut oats as well (see recipe adjustments below!) Either one is amazing!
Ingredients (Makes 4, 1/2 cup servings. For the 21 Day Fix this is 1 yellow and 1 tsp!)
*1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats (if using steel cut use 3/4 cup)
*3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and 3/4 cup water (or any mixture of the two totaling 1 1/2 cups) If using steel cut oats make the total liquid 3/4 cup
*3 tsp natural peanut butter (Smucker’s natural is amazing!)
*3 tsp honey
*3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1. Add oats to a medium bowl.
2. Add all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
3. Store in a Mason Jar. Enjoy!
