I can’t believe I am already done with over a month of PiYo! Woah has it flown by. PiYo is completely different than the type of workout I am used to. Usually I do a lot of pounding cardio with alternates of strength training. PiYo uses no weights but is still high intensity and focuses on toning and sculpting your body. I was curious if PiYo would truly sculpt and define me. I need worry no more. Muscles I didn’t know I had are sore the next day, and I can see my progress with tricep pushups (upper body strength/pushups have always been challenging for me)! So far, I have lost 3.5 pounds and 3 inches! I can’t believe how much I SWEAT during these workouts and how refreshed I feel after. I am also loving the PiYo FLIP!
