Yummm, keeping with the fall and pumpkin theme, I decided to make some delicious CLEAN pumpkin oatmeal. And the best part is, it is overnight oatmeal, so it is great for those on-the-go mornings, but don’t worry, it can be heated as well for those cold mornings.
For the 21 Day Fix this is 1 yellow, and 1/4 green!
*1/2 cup oats (quick cooking)
*1/4 cup pumpkin
* 1/3 cup almond milk or water
*1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
*1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. If you want it warm, heat for about 1 minute in the microwave!
