It’s getting cooler out there! With cooler weather brings fall recipes. If you like Pumpkin Pie you will LOVE this healthy treat-it’s a pumpkin pie protein shake! I had this for breakfast and now am ready to take on the day!
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup pumpkin (canned)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp honey
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
About 1 cup of ice
