I’m always looking for post workout snack with the right balance of carbs and protein, so I almost always end up turning to SMOOTHIES! I have found my new favorite! : ) This one literally tastes like RASPBERRY CHEESCAKE but it is super healthy and only requires 5 ingredients!
For the 21 Day Fix this is 1/2 (or 1/4 for almond) yellow, 3/4 red, and 1 purple!
1/2 cup milk (skim, almond, or soy)
1/2 cup non fat or low fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup of raspberries (frozen)
1/2-1 Tbsp honey
Add in a few ice cubes for a thicker consistency : )
Add in a splash of water if smoothie becomes too thick.
Blend all ingredients and Enjoy!
