Margartias, Mojitos, Ice Cream and Summer life is everywhere! We are running from one party to the next! So this group is goint to focus on a healthy lifestyle for those who are BUSY and ALWAYS ON THE GO!
Here’s what we are going to do! LEARN:
-Balance between those summer treats and your goals.
-How to travel and eat healthy.
-How to work health and fitness into YOUR BUSY LIFE!
-How to make a meal plan.
-Healthy summer swaps.
-30 minute total body workouts.
-At least 1 cheat meal per week.
My goal is to teach you how to make a lifestyle change, not a crash diet, or something you feel deprived by! Just because you are busy doesn’t mean fast food!
