Week 2 of the Shift Shop really ramps it up! The workouts are more challenging and so is the nutrition. In this week, we add 10 minutes to each workout and we decrease 1 serving of carbs while increasing a vegetable serving.
The one thing the I love about this program even more than the challenge is that it’s as much about the mental transformation, as it is the physical transformation. You have to commit to the working out, the clean eating, and the healthy lifestyle for you and no one else!

Here is my Shift Shop Week 2 Meal Plan! I’m a pescatarian and so most of my protein is fish, eggs, greek yogurt and of course my shakeology!
In week twoI get the following per day:
Vegetable: 4 servings
Proteins: 4 servings
Fruit: 2 servings
Carbs: 1 serving
Healthy Fats: 1 serving
Seeds/Dressing: 1 servings
Tsps (nut butter, oil, etc): 2 tsp
