I am so excited for my next free group as it is a Summer Shred with Shaun T and me! Shaun T is releasing 7 brand new, full length workouts that we are going to be doing starting June 12th!
Who is Shaun T?
Maybe you’ve heard of programs like Insanity, T25, and CIZE? Yup, he created those and they bring the results! This all new Shaun T. week is 7 days of workouts that will be posted on Beachbody On Demand one day at a time.
Don’t have Beachbody On Demand? Guess What? You get to try it FREE for 14 days, so that’s all of Shaun Week and then some.
I will be hosting an exclusive weeklong accountability group just for this group! I am going to give you an amazing meal plan to get shredded! This is actually the exact meal plan that I started my fitness journey with and dropped 4 lbs in the first week. I will be posting the meal plan on Saturday June 10th, to give you time to grocery shop and prepare for kickoff on the 12th!
There will also be daily health tips, motivation, and more! GUYS! You can lose 5+ lbs in a week if you commit! My question is: Are you IN?!
Here are the workouts for the week to give you a sneak peak and get you ready!!
Insane Basics: Focus on FORM. Go slow. Learn the basics. Form over speed.
Pure Cardio Part 2: All cardio- no going to the floor.
Insane Weights: This workout is hitting the weights in an Insanity format.
25 Abs: 25 minutes of abs that is so ridiculously amazing you’ll be screaming for more!
BrickSanity: Asylum strength and T25 mixture and a lot of insane craziness!
Speed 4.0: Speed workout similar to what you did in T25 Speed 1.0 and 2.0
Dig Deep: End the week with a BANG! This is going to be EPIC!!!
