Time for another delicious superfood smoothie bowl! I’m obsessed with these this summer and this vanilla cupcake smoothie bowl tastes better than a cupcake and just like ice cream!! I could eat ice cream everyday but it is just full of sugar and fat and I always eat way more than a serving! 1 serving is 1/2 cup!! Who knew? 🙂
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 frozen banana
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 Tbsp old fashioned oats
- Blend almond milk, frozen banana, ice, shakeology, and honey in a blender until smooth like ice cream!
- Pour into a medium bowl and top with blueberries, almonds, and oats!
